Quality Supervisor - Incoming

Responsibilities

• Supervise Incoming Quality personnel and manage daily inspection schedules.
• Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, and finished products using physical, mechanical, and electrical measurement methods.
• Document inspection and testing results accurately.
• Aid in the creation and updating of inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists.
• Maintain controlled documents, test records, and quality documentation.
• Cook up calibration of test equipment and fixtures.
• Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration status.
• Maintain an organized product hold area.
• Support the development and revision of inspection processes and procedures.
• Identify quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Review Device History Records and related documentation for compliance with established procedures and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality inspection methods, documentation practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with calibration programs and controlled documentation preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
