Quality Supervisor Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of quality personnel, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensure quality operations are conducted in compliance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Review and maintain quality documentation, records, and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support quality investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), deviations, and change control activities.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Participate in internal and external audits and support inspection readiness activities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality, safety, and operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in a quality function within a regulated industry.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic quality management systems.
