Quality Supervisor (#10725JV)

About the Role

Lead and manage a team of 10 inspectors and technicians within the Quality department. Serve as a floor-oriented problem solver, driving hands-on resolution of quality issues. Train and develop staff in root cause analysis methodologies and corrective action processes. Implement and oversee 8D's and 5Y's problem-solving frameworks across the team. Participate in and support internal audit programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Function as a succession plan candidate for upward leadership within the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BS Eng) required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated expertise in corrective actions
