Store Supervisor - #900

About the role

Sheetz is seeking a self-motivated, dependable, and efficient Supervisor with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. This role involves leading store team members by example with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality, working together to engage customers with hospitality in all aspects of their experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively
• Monitor in-store inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds
• Must be 18 years of age or older (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks)

Pay

Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am.
