Responsibilities

  • Provide essential functions in accordance with Aspire policies, procedures, and contracts
  • Ensure compliance with company rules, standards, and contracts within the department
  • Follow department budget guidelines
  • Act as a subject matter expert and liaison supporting all Aspire programming
  • Provide guidance and assistance to Quality Specialists as directed by the Director of Quality
  • Manage forms, including creation of OmniForms and TeleForms, and control corporate document storage
  • Conduct audits, analyze trends, report findings, and facilitate quality improvement plans from internal and external medical record reviews
  • Track and report on satisfaction survey data, both internally and externally
  • Serve as liaison, facilitator, and tracker for corporate peer review activities and quality initiatives
  • Research, collect, and analyze data for internal and external reporting
  • Manage policies and procedures
  • Participate in Quality Improvement and CARF oversight committees
  • Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining high ethical and professional standards

Position qualifications

  • Ability to receive and maintain a Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration and driver’s license record per Aspire Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a Human Services field
  • Quality Improvement experience preferred
  • Experience auditing records and working with electronic medical records preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Schedule

On-site in Orlando, FL; must be able to commute daily.
