What You Will Do
- Manage the Document Management System (DMS)
- Support ISO and SQF culture and practices
- Aid with internal and external quality audits
- Support customer satisfaction surveys and initiatives
- Aid with quality issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Skills Needed for Success
- Achieved an associate degree or equivalent work experience
- One to two years of quality and/or manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and SQF standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective teamwork skills
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Experience supporting quality audits and document management
