Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support daily scrap monitoring and analysis.
• Responsible for supplier reporting and monthly metrics.
• Complete or assist in the completion of all root‑cause and countermeasure investigations for customer complaints, internal investigations, and audit findings.
• Assist and/or manage containment activities.
• Assist and/or manage sorting activities.
• Support all external and internal investigations.
• Assist with activities for Change Management.
• Manage all external supplier defect/containment.
• Support and participate in shop‑floor audits.
• Support customer requirements.
• Support APS/Lean projects.
• Support quality training.
• Support HOLD process.
• Assist in training QA technicians and provide QA support for Dojo training of all new hires.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Able to interface with computers.
