Responsibilities

• Validate systems for product launches to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to coordinate operations for product launches.
• Facilitate development of new processes to support serviceability of product.
• Govern documentation lifecycle and documentation management.
• Perform audits using various processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Generate reports to support Quality and Engineering initiatives.
• Analyze data and document processes to visualize current‑state performance.
• Support Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the creation and rollout of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs).
• Upload and maintain documentation in the QMS using standardized formats.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve quality issues and maintain standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or technology.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency with analytical software (Power BI, Excel).
• Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventative actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
