About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Permanent Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, directly impacting our company’s reputation and our customers' satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control systems and measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential quality issues and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Train and guide team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all documentation related to quality control and assurance is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Participate in the review and revision of standard operating procedures to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our quality management systems.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management Systems in the manufacturing industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of quality assurance principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
  • Certification in Quality Management or Quality Assurance is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a passion for quality and excellence.
