We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Permanent Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, directly impacting our company’s reputation and our customers' satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control systems and measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential quality issues and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Train and guide team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all documentation related to quality control and assurance is accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in the review and revision of standard operating procedures to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our quality management systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management Systems in the manufacturing industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of quality assurance principles, methods, and techniques.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Certification in Quality Management or Quality Assurance is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high quality standards.
