About the role

Location: Panama City, FL. Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Bay. Department: Quality Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Gather patient and clinical data from healthcare systems to maintain current records.
• Fulfill data requests and produce summary reports on clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze clinical data to support performance improvement, quality management, and patient safety initiatives.
• Support audits and maintain quality databases by verifying record accuracy and resolving data inconsistencies.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR associate's degree/bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Qualifications

In-patient rehab experience 1+ year
