The Quality Sanitation Specialist holds 24-hour accountability for sanitation processes, including safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and cost management. You will collaborate closely with Quality and Production teams to establish robust routines, develop capable teams, and foster effective communication across all shifts.

  • Actively participate in creating action plans to drive out losses for the team.
  • Serve as a key player on the Quality Structure Team, executing 90-day plans to eliminate losses using IWS tools and standards.
  • Own DMS processes in the sanitation area for CL’s, CIL’s, Changeovers, and Defect Handling.
  • Develop and communicate CIPs, cleaning, and labor schedules for the sanitation team, establishing 24-hour plans to meet production line needs.

Due to the nature of our work, pre-employment screening—including a criminal background check, drug screening, and for certain roles, a motor vehicle record review—is required after a conditional offer of employment. Screening results are evaluated based on factors such as the nature and severity of an offense, time passed, relevance to the position, and patterns of repeated offenses.
