Responsibilities

• Lead a team of review specialists in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of inspection reports.
• Supervise daily assignments and provide constructive feedback or coaching as needed.
• Train new employees on company procedures and support their development.
• Monitor workflows to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
• Collaborate with management, operations, and quality assurance teams to resolve operational issues and optimize processes.
• Assist with leadership duties such as team scheduling, task delegation, and performance management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and resolve escalated review questions.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity, and quality across the team.

• A high school degree or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in underwriting, insurance, quality review, home inspection, mortgage service, property preservation, or supervisory/leadership roles.
• Proficiency in workflow management or inspection software.
• A customer service mindset and a commitment to continuous process improvement.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 per year

Schedule

Typical work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
