Responsibilities
- Effective communication with customers
- Daily product inspection and monitoring
- Attention and negotiation of customer-reported problems
- Immediate daily communication to plant
- Containment activation generating clean points
- Segregation and identification of material
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience as a quality resident
- Language: English fluency (Chinese or Spanish experience)
- Knowledge & Skill: Customer standards and procedure, Quality system ISO TS 16949, IATF, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Quality Tools, Problem Resolution, Work under pressure
