Responsibilities include entering and validating quality metrics data, resolving administrative inquiries, and coordinating communication between operational teams and quality management to ensure compliance training is tracked and maintained. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in quality assurance, control, or compliance. A minimum of 3+ years in related fields is required, and certifications such as CQIA or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are advantageous. Skills needed are strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities to support compliance, documentation, and operational continuity. The role supports distribution services in the US, working Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of $24.50/hour.
