Reporting to the Quality Manager, as a Quality Rework Technician you will perform routine checks, repairs, inspections of material, goods in process and finished assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and functional checks on components, assemblies, and finished golf carts to identify any defects, malfunctions, or nonconformities.
• Document and record inspection results, noting any identified defects or issues.
• Troubleshoot and document defective components.
• Rework/repair of vehicles.
• Conduct final inspections on completed golf carts to ensure they meet all specified quality criteria before shipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on automotive or golf cart experience preferred.
• Previous assembly and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
