Quality QN Coordinator
About the role
The Quality QN Coordinator role requires strong organizational skills coupled with a high degree of professionalism to join Cyient’s QN Value Stream. You will interface with Supplier(s), Engineering Community & Material Review Engineers on both sides of the aisle, Cyient & P&W. The quick pace will challenge those selected Candidates to utilize a variety of skills not limited to, reviewing cause and corrective actions, issuing turn backs for lack of QN data, loading new eQNs, exporting QN data, initiating engineering tasks with deliver teams, reviewing and summarizing engineering dispositions, and closing out engineering review tasks. Additional duties include on-site supplier QN submission support. Some travel required.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate QN Supplier Inputs
- Evaluate Supplier(s) root cause and assess corrective action for each defect submitted
- Report project status daily to Team and Supervisor
- Identify gaps, and potential delays in eQN process
- Devise and drive solutions
Requirements
- Experience with SAP, Documentum & QN Hub preferred
- Demonstrated experience in a fast pace environment with a focus on quick turn-around time
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Good client-facing and internal communication skills
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exemplify a high degree of self-confidence, and motivation

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (BS) / Associate of Science (AS) degree in Engineering with 2+ years’ experience - or - appropriate experience / education / training in the manufacturing, quality or engineering field.
