Responsibilities

• Develop and manage solar energy projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs and design customized solutions
• Oversee the procurement and installation of solar equipment and systems
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and proposals
• Participate in the electrical apprentice program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in solar energy or related fields
• Strong understanding of solar technology, installation, and maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software
• Knowledge of solar financing options and incentives
• Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices
• Ability to travel as needed
