Quality Nursing Manager
About the role
The Quality Manager manages the facility quality and performance improvement (PI) programs, medical staff quality programs, including medical staff peer review and outcomes analysis. Promotes performance improvement, and staff education and development. The Quality Manager supervises quality review staff. You will implement and oversee quality activities within the facility, including medical staff peer review. You will perform annual quality and PI program evaluation and reporting. You will develop, revise, and implement quality and PI plan. You will serve as a quality resource to all departments. You will maintain and coordinate quality and PI report cards, dashboard, and other reporting mechanisms. You will serve as member of selected facility and departmental PI committees, teams. Serve as Quality Facilitator/Leader of root cause analysis teams, etc. You will analyze and report quality and PI indicators to the Quality Management Committee, Administration, and others as indicated. You will ensure compliance of corporate, regulatory, and accreditation requirements for quality and performance improvement. You will serve as representative to selected Partnership and other quality committees, initiatives, etc. You will be responsible for data analysis, collection and outcomes measures.

Requirements
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Bachelor's Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Registered Nurse License
