Quality NDE Inspector

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing quality through nondestructive testing methods using techniques such as Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant, Radiographic Testing, and Visual Inspection.
• Verify compliance with industry codes (ASME, AWS) and company standards.
• Document inspections and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in audits and maintain calibration of equipment.
• Contribute to a safety and quality-focused environment.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum 5 years' experience of relevant NDE, inspection, or quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in blueprint reading
• ASNT-TC-1A Level II Bubble Leak Testing
• ASNT-TC-1A Level II Dye Penetrant Testing
• ASNT-TC-1A Level II Magnetic Particle Examination
• ASNT-TC-1A Visual Inspection with Dimensional Inspection
• ASNT-TC-1A Level II Ultrasonic Testing
• ASNT-TC-1A Radiographic Testing Level I or Level II

Other Physical Requirements

• Vision (Near, Distance, Color, Depth Perception)

Pay & Benefits

Base pay range: $75,000 to $83,000 annually plus $2/hr shift differential, DOE

Benefits: 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday 3:00pm to 1:30am with voluntary overtime Friday-Sunday
