Quality Manager - Lincoln

About the role

Hausmann is a leading commercial general contracting, construction management, and design-build firm based in the Lincoln / Omaha area. We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and administer our internal quality control program and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer internal quality control program and inspection processes
• Oversee quality control functions throughout all phases of assigned projects
• Identify risks early and implement practical, field-driven solutions
• Develop, maintain, and represent Hausmann's quality program through engagement with project teams
• Ensure workmanship meets or exceeds project documents, codes, industry standards, and Hausmann's internal expectations
• Work closely with project management and field leadership to drive accountability, improve consistency, and promote quality integration
• Regularly travel to active project sites, including occasional overnight stays

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management and field operations
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods, sequencing, and coordination
• Ability to plan, execute, and verify quality on active job sites
• Experience developing and maintaining quality programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or quality assurance
• CPM (Certified Project Manager) or equivalent certification preferred
