Quality AssuranceFull-time

Assists in creating company standards for quality and commissioning procedures, including written programs and procedures.
Assists in developing quality control and commissioning programs.
Supervises activities of QA/QC personnel on assigned projects.
Affords assistance in training/orientation of employees.
Affords assistance in the employment process.
Affords assistance in scheduling functions as required.
Affords assistance in personnel assignments.
Trains assistant superintendents in some QA/QC facets.
Manages QA/QC and commissioning protocols on assigned projects.
Manages building envelope commissioning processes.
Develops and trains QA/QC workforce.
Performs additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
Performs other duties and services to ensure projects are delivered successfully and client is satisfied.
Maintains excellent attendance and punctuality.

Four-year degree in construction, engineering or related field.
Minimum 15 years construction experience with 10 years in field as a builder on large, complex projects.
Experience with healthcare, higher education, and/or laboratory projects with a commercial general contractor preferred.
Must be a qualified commissioning process provider.
Extensive experience in the management of large construction projects with significant self-performance.
Extensive knowledge of means and methods - significant emphasis on MEP work.

Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.
Knowledge of financial operations, marketing, estimating, and employee relations.
