Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and maintain a data driven compliance program that ensures adherence to state licensing regulations, Medicaid requirements, Fraud Waste and Abuse requirements and other regulatory/payor source requirements.
- Establish a system for ongoing monitoring and results reporting of compliance and quality metrics.
- Perform regular compliance audits to identify risks and set priorities for correction.
- Develop and implement staff education regarding regulatory and quality requirements.
- Remain up to date on regulations related to OMHSAS licensed clinics and state Medicaid requirements. Recommend updates to policies/procedures and workflows accordingly.
- Communicate audit information to Clinic Director and other organizational leadership.
- Aid in the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Cookpilot response to internal departments and oversight bodies for patient complaints.
- Ensure reporting requirements to OMHSAS and Medicaid MCOs are met (ie: critical incident reporting).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mental health related field or Healthcare Administration
- 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Compliance, Management, or Operations
- Thorough knowledge of PA psychiatric outpatient regulations, behavioral health Medicaid requirements, and best practices
- Possess collaborative skills and be open to suggestions from team members
- Superior attention to detail in order to identify and correct non-compliant practices
- A clear understanding of the financial aspects of the healthcare industry, including Fraud, Waste, and Abuse

Pay
The annual compensation for this role is $60,000 - $65,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.
