About the role
The Quality Manager will oversee all quality assurance processes within the Technology - Tech Operations department. This includes ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing quality control teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in quality management and continuous improvement
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
