About the role
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards. This includes overseeing quality control processes, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve quality control processes to ensure product and service quality meets customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent their recurrence.
- Maintain compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure ongoing quality control.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on quality management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Experience with Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
- Experience with quality assurance tools such as FMEA, APQP, and PPAP.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quality management software (e.g., SAP, QMS).
Benefits

Pay
$75,000 - $85,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
