About the role
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure product and service quality.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in quality processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall quality outcomes.
- Train employees on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management role.
- Experience with ISO 9001 certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
