Essential Job Functions
- Develop and implement project-specific quality plans to ensure compliance with organizational standards and project requirements.
- Oversee and monitor construction quality through regular site visits, inspections, and audits.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related challenges in a timely and proactive manner.
- Facilitate pre-installation meetings and coordinate reviews of mock-ups to ensure alignment on quality expectations.
- Provide training and guidance to project staff on quality processes, reporting, and corrective actions.
- Work with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality requirements are understood and met, addressing any deficiencies as needed.
- Analyze quality performance data and generate reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Promote a culture of quality by encouraging accountability and recognizing quality contributions across teams.

Physical Activities and Requirements
- Occasional heavy lifting (20 + lbs./13.6 + kg)
- Strong manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment (e.g. computers, mobile devices, copiers, etc.)
- Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of the job site in all types of weather, if needed; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in field supervision, quality control, safety acumen, and production of all phases of construction.
