Quality Manager

About the role

As a Quality Manager at SABERT Corporation in Shepherdsville, KY, you will oversee all quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for quality control staff on new procedures and technologies.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position.
• Proven track record of improving quality processes and reducing defects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
