Quality Manager

About the Opportunity:The Quality Manager is responsible for designing and implementing quality processes and standards for the Center of Excellence Quality team. This role ensures that services meet customer expectations by providing clinical and administrative guidance on quality assessment and improvement. The position plays a key role in fostering a quality-driven culture and integrating quality practices into all activities, driving continuous improvement and accountability. 3. Responsibilities:Lead and influence leaders and stakeholders to align on quality objectives and sustain commitment to improvement initiatives.Prioritize quality initiatives and manage competing demands to deliver measurable results.Analyze clinical, administrative, and quality data to ensure standards and compliance.Provide high-level internal and external customer service.Collaborate cross-functionally to close identified gaps.Evaluate processes against standards using Six Sigma and best practices.Understand and anticipate customer requirements to inform actions.Use data analysis to identify change needs, minimize risk, and improve quality.Forecast resources required for quality assessment and improvement programs.Communicate potential barriers or risks to stakeholders proactively.Validate quality processes by defining attributes, measuring production, and documenting evidence.Advise leadership on policy related to Total Quality Management.Identify opportunities for quality/process improvement using technical/statistical tools.Lead hiring, training, development, and performance management of the Quality team.Align team activities with core organizational values.Apply clinical expertise to inform decision-making. 4. Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum 18 years of age.At least 3 years of experience leading teams.Experience in a clinical or quality setting.Ability to build and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships.Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Preferred:Lean Leader and Six Sigma training.Proficiency in analyzing and reporting statistical data.Knowledge of military protocols. Telecommuting Requirements:Secure handling of company sensitive documents if applicable.Dedicated, private work area.Residence with approved high-speed internet. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
