Quality Manager

Position

ProRecruiters is seeking a Quality Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

About the role

Serve as the Management Representative for the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across the Quality, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate systems, data, products, technologies, quality control procedures, forms, and other applicable documentation.
• Track KPIs and quality trends, including quality objectives, and report progress during Management Review meetings.
• Lead and facilitate Management Review meetings.
• Cook up and facilitate both internal and external audits.
• Perform and oversee quality inspections and audits of products, processes, and organizational systems.
• Conduct ongoing QMS training for all employees and maintain training records.
• Supervise, lead, and train Quality Control personnel.
• Manage the calibration program for measuring and test equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, suppliers, and vendors to ensure products meet drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards.
• Evaluate corrective actions, nonconforming materials, and out-of-tolerance gages in accordance with QMS requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting products as needed to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Proven leadership ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of Quality Administration.
• Proficient in mathematical calculations and formulas as well as geometric tolerancing used in production drawings.
• Knowledge of all required measuring equipment required to perform inspections.
• Familiar with all applicable standards (API, ASME, NACE, ANSI, ISO, etc.).
• Computer file management literate.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay

$65k/year (Depending on experience)
