Quality Manager
Purpose
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that PCC Carson City’s Quality Management System complies with customer, regulatory, and government requirements, while driving continuous improvement across all processes. This role leads the site’s Quality team, ensuring effective process controls, compliance with contractual obligations, and the consistent delivery of products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach regularly throughout the work shift
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds independently
- Good hand–eye coordination and depth perception required for safe operation of tools and equipment
- Must be able to work in both indoor manufacturing areas and outdoor yard environments, including exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions
ITAR Requirements
This position requires access to export-controlled technical data and technology. Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), applicants must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15.
