Major Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Job-Specific Quality Plans in partnership with project teams, ensuring alignment from preconstruction through field installation and closeout.
- Review construction documents, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals to proactively identify risk, coordination gaps, and opportunities to improve constructability early in the process.
- Facilitate pre-installation meetings with trade partners to align expectations, confirm means and methods, and establish clear standards for execution before work begins.
- Conduct regular jobsite walks to evaluate workmanship, identify issues, and support real-time decision-making with field leadership and subcontractors.
- Document field observations in a clear, actionable way that drives accountability, corrective action, and consistent quality across projects.
- Pearl closely with field leadership to resolve technical and quality issues quickly and effectively, minimizing rework and maintaining schedule momentum.
- Support sequencing, installation strategies, and workflow planning to improve coordination and field execution.
- Perform constructability reviews during preconstruction to identify risks early and incorporate lessons learned into future project execution.
- Support training and coaching efforts that raise the bar for quality and execution across all project teams.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in construction management, quality, design, construction technology, testing, or related disciplines
- Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals
- Deep understanding of building systems, sequencing, and field operations
- Industry certifications such as RRO, REWO, CABS, or ACI credentials are highly valued
Pay
The target salary for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
