About the role
The Quality Manager oversees all aspects of quality assurance within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Train employees on quality procedures and best practices
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control or management role
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and auditing techniques
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with quality management software (e.g., SAP, JIRA)
