Quality Manager

Qualifications

• Strong background in supplier quality engineering and supplier performance management
• Experience building or improving quality systems in industrial manufacturing or engineered-product environments
• Demonstrated experience implementing ISO 9001 systems
• Experience leading a first-time certification is strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions including operations, engineering, projects, and service teams
• Engineering degree preferred
• Equivalent technical education or experience with demonstrated technical aptitude will be considered

• Practical and results-oriented with strong systems-thinking capability
• Comfortable operating in cross-functional environments
