About the role
Responsible for overseeing the quality control processes in all projects. Ensures adherence to industry standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related concerns
- Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO standards and best practices
- Experience with quality assurance software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
