Quality Manager 1 - 1Kiewit Quality
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation of the Company’s Quality Program in selected projects and districts.
- Drive support in the development and implementation of the Company and project Quality Plans and by research/answering questions of a technical nature.
- Interact with Company, district and project management as well as staff and craft to guide successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Ability to travel and relocate as needed
- Degree in engineering plus ten or more years’ experience in a related construction or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have working knowledge of construction industry codes as applicable (ACI, AWS, ASME, NEC, etc.) as well as applicable certifications
- Self-starter with advanced organizational, managerial and leadership skills

- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
- Perform work safely and effectively
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies
- Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines
- Work overtime and weekends as required
