Quality Management System Implementation Manager

About the role

Manage multiple concurrent global deployment projects with approximately 50 deployments across sites and functions over a 6-9 month period. Lead assigned deployments as Global Business Lead for approximately half of these deployments.

Responsibilities

• Manage global and site communications related to the Veeva Quality rollout to sites/functions
• Effectively communicate requirements for support to site management and overall implementation status to the global organization
• Facilitate global/site project team meetings as needed and support local Business project managers to ensure timely deployment
• Manage defined schedules and activities related to deployments
• Assist with Business related site issues during deployment and escalate issues and risks related to deployment timing to the Quality Business Owners

Requirements

• 5+ years of Pharma experience
• 5+ years of Quality management implementation experience
• 5+ years experience implementing global systems
• Experience working with GXP
• Experience working with Veeva QMS
• EST based
