Quality Management Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Perform medication adherence calls.
• Responsible for running the reports and providing to the assigned providers.
• Responsible for entering supplemental data in Patient Center Assist.
• Inspire the annual wellness form workflow in Ezcap.
• Participate in work groups and health plan meetings.
• Aid in coordinating new enhancements, including system enhancements and report generation, to improve STARs quality outcomes.
• Participate and/or coordinate projects with the interdepartmental team, building and maintaining a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders and key contacts.
• Aid in coordinating new enhancements, including system enhancements and report generation to improve STARs quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in managed care or health care.
• Experience in managing projects from start to finish.
• Self-starter with excellent problem solving, decision making and follow through skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of quality performance measures and requirements.
• Demonstrates technical and operational knowledge and expertise.
• Cultivates positive professional and interpersonal relationships with health plans.
• Effective organizational skills.
