GDIT is hiring a Quality Analyst to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). You will play a crucial role in supporting the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership’s efforts in crushing healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and delivery of a wide range of high-quality materials that improve the reader’s understanding of data analytic results, educational materials, and other communications in support of program integrity
- Support overall quality management by closely working with authors, subject matter experts, and peers to use the quality management process in the development and delivery of program output
- Review materials and communications for compliance with established quality standards and provide authors feedback on changes needed to meet those standards
- Collaborate with client, program leadership, and task areas, as needed, to identify and capture quality requirements
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management process(es) to meet client and GDIT standards
- Utilize attention to detail, effective time management, interpersonal communications skills, and practical knowledge of technologies, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (work experience in lieu of degree will be considered)
- 2+ years of related experience
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate skills with Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Intermediate skills with SharePoint, including document sharing and version control
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence
- Federal, state, or private payer healthcare industry experience
- Experience proofreading and editing client and public-facing communications, such as meeting minutes, presentations, infographics, analytic results, emails, etc.
- Ability to understand client requirements (e.g., communications style, communications voice) and ensure all deliverables align with those requirements and are consistent with other program outputs
- Experience performing document audits/reviews, including documenting findings, remediation, and dispositioning
- Ability to manage and track numerous, diverse, simultaneous efforts and effectively prioritize workload to ensure timely, accurate completion of all tasks
- Strong writing skills, interpersonal communications skills, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Section 508 conformance
- Experience with CommonLook Suite
- Experience with Box

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $75,325. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
