Roles and Responsibilities

• Foster a zero-defect culture with the objective of providing new units, spare parts and repairs that are trusted and preferred by customer
• Protect customers through systemic problem-solving, solving problems quickly with rigor and transparency and leveraging lessons learned
• Drive systematic root cause solutions
• Own quality assurance and control for assigned products/manufacturing area
• Includes conformance of manufacturing goods, leading complex root cause and corrective action investigations to address and eliminate production non-conformances
• Influence cross-functional teams within the supply chain to solve problems and address risk
• Analyze, identify and implement process improvements which will enhance capability and performance
• Review and assure compliance with engineering drawings, work instructions and other technical documents
• Initiate action as it is required to ensure project / team success (e.g. mitigate risks, problem solve, provide technical guidance, etc.)
• Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities as part of a cross-functional team
• Review technical documentation with a view to Quality and Compliance requirements and act as approval authority
• Promote the sustainment and continuous improvement of the Built in Quality framework

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university or college with 2-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality
• OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 3-4 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality
• OR High School Diploma / GED with 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing Quality

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $142,200.00 and $237,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
