Quality Lab Technician- Full Time (Eaze)

Who we are: Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer with one grow and many stores in the state of Florida. What we offer: Compensation: $18/hour What the role is about: We are searching for a dedicated Quality Technician to join the Green Dragon team at our Palatka facility. While in this position it is vital that you adhere to written procedures and standards as well as uphold GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) within each controlled environment. The ability to work without supervision or with minimal supervision while maintaining and upholding written standards is key to success in this position. What impact you'll make: Work with all teams to maintain compliance with written standards and GMPUphold and maintain PPE in each controlled environmentMonitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Perform inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Document and report findings from inspections and tests, including any deviations or non-conformities. Maintain document integrityAssist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes. Train production personnel on quality control procedures and standardsParticipate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and drive quality improvement efforts. Calibrate equipment as requested or directed by Quality leadership What you’ve accomplished: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsTop-notch attention to detail and organized Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Food handling experience What you're capable of: The person in this position may be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals and fumesFrequently works in rooms with bright light where eye protection is requiredFrequently works in rooms with moderate heat and humidityThe person in this position is constantly exposed to moderate background noise due to environmental systems, equipment and fans Previous Quality experience or GMP experience a plus but not requiredCapacity to take directionAttention to detailAbility to work independently and with a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced and demanding environmentWillingness and readiness to work extended hours as neededCommunicate clearly in writing and verballyAbility to wear PPE (Hairnet, Beard net, Gloves, Lab coat, etc.) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
