Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare all necessary solutions, compounds, and reagents necessary for procedures.
- Perform all required procedures, physical and analytical, according to Standard Operating Procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
- Document, log, and review all results/data.
- Work with other departments to assure everyone involved is properly informed.
- Develop standard operating procedures and maintain records to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory levels for laboratory supplies.
- Necessary formulation adjustments as needed.
- Oversee the quarantine process of any off-spec material.
- Work with other lab personnel in a matter promoting teamwork.
- Maintain all laboratory equipment including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Continually evaluate methods/procedures and recommend improvements.
- Work with basic computer programs such as Excel and Word.
- Other duties not listed above as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications
- Minimum laboratory experience of 1 year.
- Minimum education of BA or BS degree in related field.
