Quality Lab Technician - 2nd Shift

About the role

Responsible for conducting laboratory tests and experiments to ensure product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and physical analyses using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Document findings and report results accurately and timely.
• Support continuous improvement efforts through data analysis and process optimization.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with laboratory safety protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Basic understanding of statistical software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
