What You’ll Do
- Participate and assist with day to day laboratory operations
- Inspect final product and inspection equipment in accordance with quality procedures
- Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives and regulations
- Provide laboratory support to plant operations
- Provide document control support for all lab operations
- Understand work pace and shipping deadlines
- Report abnormal test results to the appropriate management personnel
- Place product on hold and request resampling
- Reject product that is out of tolerance
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and timely
What We're Looking For:
- Absolutely required: Associates degree in Chemistry, Science, or related field
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- 2+ years laboratory experience desired
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong computer application skills
- Mandatory: Must possess strong analytical skills
- Mandatory: Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
