The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills What You Will Do Perform receiving, in‑process, final, and return‑to‑service inspections on aircraft parts and components Ensure all work complies with applicable regulations (e.g., FAA Part 145, FAR 43 & 65), manufacturer specifications, and company proceduresIdentify defects, measure and test components using specialized tools, and verify proper condition and documentation Review and verify work orders, test data, logbooks, and engineering instructions; sign official return‑to‑service forms (e.g., FAA Form 8130‑3) Confirm parts and materials used during maintenance are traceable and certified Conduct audits of work‑in‑progress and completed work; coordinate with technicians and other inspectors to resolve issuesDocument findings, rejections, and corrective actions in line with the quality management systems Support AS9100 /AS9110 Audits What You Will Bring High School Diploma / GED and 2+ years experience, technical training, or aviation-related course preferredPrior inspection or quality control experience: familiarity with technical data, drawings, and maintenance recordsAttention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teamsUse of measurement/ test equipment, SAP / MRO software, and Microsoft office products Pay Range: $28-$32/hr Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required. Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
