Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Starting pay: $25/hour.
Pay Incentives

About the Role
The Quality Inspector conducts audits and inspections on inbound customer deliveries and internal warehouse operations to identify compliance gaps, promote warehouse efficiencies, and eliminate inbound defects.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections on all inbound deliveries to ensure compliance with RJW standards.
- Count and identify labels/markings to validate accuracy.
- Maintain personal accuracy; customers may be fined based on reported data inputs.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and employee quality performance.
- Accurately input data to ensure inventory integrity.
- Complete necessary documentation (written and electronic) thoroughly, accurately, and on time.
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with inventory processes, procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Physically count and validate inventory.
- Use computer terminals/scan guns to document identified defects.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English.
- Minimum 1–3 months related experience and/or training in a warehouse environment (inbound experience preferred).
- Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
- PC literate with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read and write emails.
- Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks, and pallets.
- Forklift certification a plus.
Skills
- Mathematical: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Reasoning: ability to solve practical problems, interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, and determine root cause and corrective action.
- Computer: knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for writing emails and creating/interpreting reports.
Physical Demands
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Use phone systems with keyboards and buttons.
- Articulate and speak comfortably in front of others.
- Work in an indoor/office environment; sit and/or use repetitive hand motion.
- Talk, hear, stand, and walk frequently.
- Work in excess of 8 continuous hours when required.
- Work under stressful situations with good cognitive skills, accuracy, and multitasking ability.
- Read and discern visual images on various media with 20/20 corrected vision.
- Speak and communicate clearly over telephones.
- Sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician; no evidence of controlled substance use.
Work Environment
- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
- Noise level ranges from quiet to moderately loud.
