Quality Inspector I

About the Role

Quality Inspector responsible for receiving, in-process, and final quality inspections.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for FOD, scratches, dings, etc.
• For painted parts, look for fish-eyes, orange peel, drips, runs, and coverage.
• Verify all previous operations have been completed on the traveler.
• Ensure compliance to customer requirements.
• Verify the implementation of corrective actions.
• Work non-traditional hours, such as overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision or management.

Requirements

• Ability to read drawings.
• Ability to interpret specifications.
• Ability to use micrometer and calipers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Qualifications

2 years of relevant experience.
