Position Summary As our Quality Control Inspector, you will maintain and ensure that our products conform to customer specifications and requirements. First article reports, creating work methods sheets, supplier communication and supplier performance metrics reports. Qualifications & Requirements 3-5 years experience in quality strongly preferredInspection of plastics/metals preferredKnowledge of Inspection equipmentExperience with first article inspection/AS9102 first articles strongly preferredKnowledge of ISO 9001 Our core values - Accountability, Collaboration, and Empowerment (ACE) - are the foundation of how we operate and drive success. Handle incoming/receiving inspection dutiesInspection of detailed parts, assembles, and first articles Write NCMR and report metricsFollow up with production and leader regarding nonconforming productsCollaborate in and lead MRB meetingsCreate work methods sheetsCross sections and inspection photographsAt times, may need to communicate with suppliers Collaborate with respective departments in a way that leads by example, holds people accountable and utilizes data to make informed decisionsEnforce and interpret the Quality and AS9100 QMS standardsInvolve supervisor with all quality deficiencies Systems You’ll Use Google Enterprise SolidworksADPLyric Pay Transparency Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency.
