Pay
- Hourly wage: $21.75 - $25.25 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
