Quality Inspector

Inspects and verifies cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies to ensure they meet engineering and program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visually and physically inspect production work and document outcomes
• Verify product quality in accordance with IPC/WHMA 620 workmanship standards
• Build products according to engineering drawings and work instructions
• Read and interpret engineering documentation and specifications
• Perform AS9102 First Inspection Reports (experience a plus)
• Enter inspection data and defect information into a computer database

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in inspecting or assembling cables or wire harnesses
• IPC certification (will be provided at company expense)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 5 years of quality inspection experience (preferred)
