Quality Inspector

About the role

Resonetics, the world leader in micro manufacturing for the life sciences industry, is seeking to add a Quality Inspector to our team on 1st shift. This position employs an individual skilled in quality assurance techniques utilized in the manufacturing of micromachined components.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and record data, as defined
• Perform data analysis, as defined
• Training of Production Personnel on inspection and data recording tasks
• Participation in Corrective Action, Process or Inspection improvement activities, as assigned

Area of focus

• Performance of Inspection (Visual and Dimensional) on product
• Recording and analysis of inspection data
• Support of statistical process control, sampling plans, parts measurement, data analysis, root cause analysis, corrective action, and other Quality System activities

Qualifications

• Medical Device Manufacturing background preferred
• Familiarity with ISO and FDA Compliance desirable
• Good verbal and written communication skills preferred
• This position involves working in a manufacturing environment, and handling of light materials, including in a cleanroom environment

Schedule

Monday-Friday 6am-2pm

Pay

$19.00-24.00/hr
